Terms of Service

Last updated 21 September 2026

ansta is a private, invite-only personal assistant. By using it you accept the terms below. If you do not, stop using it and ask for your data to be deleted.

What it is

An assistant you instruct in natural language. It can read and write in accounts you connect, browse websites on your behalf, keep track of open items and message you when something needs attention.

It is provided as-is, by one operator, with no uptime guarantee and no support commitment. It may be unavailable, and it may be discontinued.

Access

Approval and autonomy

Some actions always ask first Actions are classified by consequence. Anything touching identity or money — payments, purchases, credentials — always requires your explicit approval, and no setting can turn that off. This is deliberate and not a limitation that will be removed.

You choose how much the assistant may do without asking for lower-risk categories. Raising that level requires your explicit confirmation; lowering it takes effect immediately.

Your responsibility

Browsing on your behalf

When asked, ansta drives a real browser to complete a task on a website. Two things follow from that, and you should know both:

Saved credentials

If a task needs a login, you will be asked to enter it on a page on this site — never in chat, because chat messages persist. Credentials are encrypted at rest and reused only for the site you gave them for. You can have them deleted at any time.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for losses arising from use of ansta, including actions it takes at your instruction, missed reminders, incorrect output, or service unavailability. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending it

Stop whenever you like and ask for deletion. The operator may suspend access for misuse, or discontinue the service, with notice in chat where possible.

Privacy

What is stored and where it goes is described in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.
